Senior Communities

Taking care of our senior population is a rich and rewarding mission for any developer. Senior projects at GSX Ventures include assisted and independent living, as well as 55+ active senior communities. Our first assisted living project was developed in 1988 and since that time, we have developed numerous projects across the country, each time partnering with a local or regional successful management company to ensure the project is leased and managed in a fashion that makes them successful and provide five-star service for residents.

GSX Ventures is currently developing a number of new generation buildings targeting seniors in the upper income brackets. Our senior communities are located in urban settings near upscale retail locations such as Whole Foods and Starbucks to encourage children of the elderly to visit with some regularity.
