Key zoning approval was received in 2020 for the Galleria at Loudonville, a senior housing and retail development on an important Loudon Road site in Colonie, New York.

The project includes 30,000-square-feet of high-end restaurants and upscale retail shops plus 85 Senior Independent Living apartments and 92 Assisted Living beds. All-inclusive apartment costs will range from $3,000 to $5,000.

The project developers are Burke Companies and GSX Ventures.
